La Dixit, the powerhouse actress that she is, was nominated for "FILMFARE" award in '89 for "TEZAAB", FILMFARE award in '90 for "PREM PRATIGYA" and FILMFARE award in '91 for "DIL" for her acting prowess and performance on the screen. She got the "BEST ACTRESS" award from FILMFARE in '93 for the magnificient role she played in "BETA" and the "BEST ACTRESS" award from FILMFARE in '95 for the incomparable performance in "HUM AAPKE HAI KAUN".
